Returns
- You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return.
- Custom Orders (e.g., custom cuts) are non-returnable. Please ensure that you have the correct cutting list before purchasing, as we cannot accept returns on cut extrusions.
- Accessories are eligible for return; however, return shipping is at the buyer's expense.
- If the item has been deemed to have a manufacturer's fault, it will either be replaced or refunded (excluding any freight charges).
- The item must be unmodified and in its original condition.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that your return has been processed.
- We will promptly update you on the status of your refund following the inspection of the returned item.
- If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
- You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping
- Return Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the item to us.
- Non-refundable Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
