4. Pricing and Payment

  • Pricing: All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are exclusive of taxes and shipping charges unless otherwise stated.

  • Payment Terms: Full payment is required at the time of order placement.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping Costs: Flat-rate shipping applies to all lengths up to 2 meters. Extrusions longer than 2 meters require a custom freight quote.
  • Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. RM Components is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.
  • International Shipping: We offer international shipping. Additional charges and longer delivery times may apply.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • Return Period: You have 30 calendar days from the date of receipt to return an item.
  • Return Conditions: Items must be unused, unmodified, and in their original packaging. Custom-cut items are non-returnable.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund to the original payment method, excluding shipping costs.

7. Warranty

RM Components products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modifications.

8. Limitation of Liability

RM Components' liability is limited to the repair or replacement of defective products. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
