Shipping Information:

  • Intra-state Deliveries:
    We provide fast and efficient delivery of aluminium profiles and accessories throughout Australia. Smaller packages (under 2 metres in length) are typically shipped via Couriers or Couriers Please.

  • For Items Up to 5 Kg:
    Smaller packages (under 5 kg) are sent via Australia Post for convenience and reliability.

  • Longer or Heavier Shipments:
    For heavier or long-length items, especially those being shipped interstate, we use Northline for safe and secure transport.

  • Custom Lengths and Interstate Shipping:
    If you're ordering custom lengths of aluminium, please contact us so we can provide a shipping quote for your area.

  • Packaging:
    All aluminium products are securely packed to ensure protection from travel wear and weather conditions during transport.

  • Cutting Times:
    Aluminium profiles are typically cut within 24 hours or sooner to meet your specific needs.

Using Your Own Courier:

If you prefer to use your own courier service, we are happy to prepare your goods for pickup. Just let us know, and we will label the items accordingly for easy identification.

Tracking Information:

All shipments are tracked, and we do not ship without providing tracking information. Please note that we do not offer standard envelope postage options.
