This portable aluminium belt conveyor kit features a 1000 mm conveyor length and 250 mm belt width, providing a compact solution for product transfer and general material handling.

The conveyor combines a 4080 and 4040 aluminium profile frame, a white food grade PVC belt, and a SEW motor and gearbox with a suitable SEW VFD speed controller.

Castor wheels and adjustable working height allow convenient positioning to suit your existing setup, while adjustable top guide rails accommodate different product widths.

SEW drive and variable speed control

A suitable SEW motor, gearbox and VFD package is selected to suit the required load, operating speed and available power supply.

Motor specifications, gearbox configuration, VFD rating, load capacity and operating speed will be confirmed before your order is finalised.

Single phase or three phase power supply

Please advise before ordering whether your installation has a single phase or three phase power supply, so the appropriate motor and drive configuration can be confirmed.

Important — supplied flat packed and unassembled

This product requires customer assembly. The frame, belt, rollers, motor, gearbox, VFD and other listed components are supplied as an unassembled kit.

Assembly can be arranged on request. If you would prefer an assembled conveyor, please contact our team before ordering to discuss this option.
