Designed by RM Engineering & Automation, this heavy duty industrial belt conveyor kit is customised to suit your products, load requirements and workspace layout.
The conveyor combines a 4080 and 4040 aluminium profile frame, a white food grade PVC belt, and a SEW SPIROPLAN right-angle gearmotor with a suitable SEW VFD speed controller for product transfer and general material handling.
Adjustable top guide rails accommodate different product widths, while adjustable working height helps align the conveyor with your workspace or adjoining equipment. Castor wheels make it convenient to reposition.

This product is supplied flat packed and unassembled. Customer assembly is required.
If you would prefer an assembled conveyor, assembly by RM Engineering & Automation can be arranged on request. Please contact our team before ordering to discuss this option.

SEW motor, gearbox and speed control
The SEW SPIROPLAN WA20/T DRN63MS4 combines the motor and right-angle gearbox. A suitable SEW variable frequency drive (VFD) is included for belt speed control.
The exact VFD model and rating will be confirmed to suit the motor, available power supply and application requirements.
Single phase or three phase power options
Please advise before ordering whether your installation has a single phase or three phase power supply.
The appropriate motor and VFD configuration will be confirmed before your order is finalised.
